National Gallery of Zimbabwe Set to Showcase 80 Photographic Masterpieces

Starting May 30, the National Gallery of Zimbabwe will host "Portraits of Zimbabwe," an exhibit featuring more than 80 photographic prints by the late photographer Chicago Dzviti. The portraits of Zimbabwe have been brought about through the support of the U.S. Embassy. The exhibit will be jointly curated by Jennifer Kyker, who holds dual positions as an associate professor of ethnomusicology at the Eastman School of Music and as an associate professor of music in the College Music Department at the University of Rochester, along with Fadzai Muchemwa, the curator of contemporary art at the National Gallery of Zimbabwe. Dzviti was born in Shamva in 1961, and from this rustic background, he cultivated an interest in photography. He further honed his skills at Harare Polytechnic starting in 1987. Renee Zellweger Adds Star Power to 'Only Murders in the Building' Season 5 Cast

Washington [US], March 27 (ANI): Oscar-winning star Renee Zellweger is scheduled to become part of the cast of Hulu’s popular show 'Only Murders in the Building' for its upcoming fifth season.

The series, renowned for its impressive ensemble, has welcomed Renee Zellweger to its roster along with recurring actors Steve Martin, Martin Short, Selena Gomez, and Michael Cyril Creighton, as announced via the program’s official social media channels.

The production for the upcoming season, centered around cracking the case of Lester’s murder, kicked off this week in New York.

Zellweger adds her name to a roster of newly added cast members which includes Christoph Waltz, Tea Leoni, and Keegan-Michael Key.

The last season of the show boasted a remarkable ensemble cast featuring Meryl Streep, Eugene Levy, Zach Galifianakis, Eva Longoria, and Melissa McCarthy, along with several other talented actors.

'Recently, "Only Murders in the Building" claimed its inaugural SAG Award for Comedy Series Ensemble, with Martin Short additionally receiving the prize for Male Actor in a Comedy Series.'

In the meantime, Zellweger, an Oscar winner for her performances in 'Cold Mountain' and 'Judy,' is slated to star in the forthcoming film 'Bridget Jones: Mad About the Boy,' which marks the fourth entry in the Bridget Jones series.

She has also been seen on TV, such as in the Netflix show 'What/If' and NBC's 'The Thing About Pam.'

Alongside her acting career, Zellweger is slated to serve as an executive producer for the forthcoming Apple TV+ suspense series 'Raising Wild.' The show will star Cynthia Erivo and is being produced under her production banner, Big Picture Co. (ANI)
